THE HOUSE:
Is a town semidetached house.
Comprises;
Grand floor: toilette, study, big kitchen that opens out to a nice garden.
First floor: Bathroom, separate power shower room, 1 double room and 1 single room .
Second floor: 2 double rooms.
Rear Garden.
Off road parking for up to 4 cars.
Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen (by the kitchen´s door) and of course we don´t smoke when someone is eating!

It is situated in Grovehill, Hemel; In a nice an quite residential area.
4 minutes walk to amenities; 6am-11pm Tesco Express, fish & chips, bars, GP and many more.
Industrial State is fairly close; 15-20 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bus and only few by car.
Hemel Hempstead is situated on the M1 and very close to the M25,
30 minutes from London and 20 minutes from Luton, by motorway (M1)


THE PRICE:
Large room - £100p/w
and the Small room - £80p/w
All inclusive (including wireless internet)

Deposit = 2 weeks .
