France and Italy by car in May or June Anyone?

Hi there,
Just planning a trip to Provence, the French Alps and Italy.
Among many other places would like to visit Les Calanques near Marseilles for the amazing scenery and swimming and stay at La Fontasse on the cliff top.
Also hiking in the Gorges du Verdon and walking at least part of some long distance trails.
Not forgetting exploring historic sites and towns.
Probably mainly camping.
Anyone interested, for all or part of the trip?
